Village Wok Restaurant

       Village Wok Restaurant is a American-Chinese restaurant. It is located on U of M campus,Washinton Avenue. This is a restaurant  people don't easily notice when they pass by, because it doesn't have an out-standing signboard, but a small one printed "Sea Food Stir-fried" instead. So,most of people eating there are who have been there for times,or people who learned about it through word of mouth

       After entering this cute restaurant, you'll feel a little hungry and sleepy, because of the smell and the dim environment.  The brown light with brown wall paper makes the restaurant quiet and cozy. And also there are all kinds of pictures and calligraphy hang on the wall,most of them are full of Chinese features,attractive and culturally outstanding . This restaurant is for all types of people, but as it's on the campus,most clients here are university students. There are tables with different size and shape for couples or groups. Ice water and tea are provided after you are seated.

      The menu is pretty exquisite and the colorful food pictures cause your appetite to grow,and it's classified with different categories,rice, noodle,soup,and snacks.Menus here are Chinese written but all the food name is with its raletive spelling English names.,and some of them are signed with a pepper mark by the mean of spicy.  Waiters take orders from you and introduce details when you need.  If you want, they can even recommand their out stand dishes for you paciently and politely. The good thing is you don't have to wait for a long time to enjoy your meal.Fried rice here is my favourite,enough rice with colouful decorations,these decorations are al kinds of vegetables,like carrots peppers and cauliflower.it doesn't only taste good but also very healthy. Finally,it doesn't cost you much .$8,00 and enjoy your meal between 8am~9pm here everday.
