Hugh Mysty, a former detective who was known for having solved the

Legendary mystery of the JK murder case in 1948 was found dead in his car yesterday. It was said that he died due to heart attack. His car was parked near the Lake Harriet, not far from the amphitheater. He was 104

He was born on June 19, 1904. Mysty didn't have an outstanding academic career, but he was an outstanding detective. He was well known for his sagacity and his outstanding way to solve any mystery. Some people called him “flash” because he solved mysteries in just 2 hours. In 1967, he was awarded for his brilliant and significant career, and his service for the police department. Even though he was 104, he was still working in the same office he had worked for 80 years.

Hugh married with famous fiction writer Carol Wilson when he was 40-years old. He had 2 children from his first marriage (Edward and Alyssa). His family life had never been stable since the mysterious death of his wife. Although he married again with Anna Foyer, he was well known by his weekly visits to his former wife's grave. Another critical moment in Hugh's life was the death of his grandfather Mysty II. Mysty II who was Hugh's guardian since he was 4 years old died at the age of 135. Mysty family is known to have a long life genetically.

His neighbors said that he used to walk along the lake with his 5 puppies even though he sometimes fell down with the tangled leashes. Also he enjoyed water skiing there. His friends regards that he liked the lake so much. Some people insist that he found the critical evidence of the murder while he was eating ice cream with his past wife near the amphitheater in 1948.

His neighbors added some unknown facts about him in the interview that he liked to travel to the remote places alone like Alaska, or some desert areas in US. And his family almost gave up about his traveling. Every time he came back, he would give some presents like sands or small pebbles to his neighbors. He was known for a little weird person but very kind and sweet man.

His family said that it must have some reasons he went to the lake without noticing them. According to his family, he always wanted to finish his life staring at the lake.

A police officer investigating the case reported that there are some doubts concerning his death. One of his sons told the police officer that his father received death messages from unknown person after the capture of the famous Mafioso Alfaro Mussolini in 2006. Hugh played an important role in laying out the plan for Alfaro capture.

Hugh Mysty is survived by his son and daughter…”
