Linger on HongKong Noodle

Now is the time to have dinner. What food do you choose to prepare, Hamburger? Pizza? French Fries? Oh, come on. Everyday we always eat the same food. That makes me feel disgusting. "HongKong Noodle is an amazing place." My friend suggested. Therefore, my friend and I decided to go to HongKong Noodle to try some Chinese food.

HongKong Noodle is nearby campus and just on the University Avenue. This restaurant is not very big. There are different sizes of tables to satisfy different groups of people. The interesting thing is that different groups of people speak various in the same restaurant. The first impression for me is a typical Chinese restaurant and neat. The waitress are enthusiastic and offer you thorough service.

When I opened the menu, a fact surprised me that there are several kinds of dishes with noodle and most of them are different kinds of Chinese food. However, it has a little bit difference between traditional Chinese food. The dishes have their own special flavors. The chef add more onion and some special ingredients than traditional Chinese food. In the beginning, I just guessed that these changes may be designed to suit American preferences. However, I absolutely diverted my idea. They are really amazing. We ordered the Mongolian Seafood and Salty Chinese Cabbage. Although I don't know why they call it Mongolian Seafood (because Mongolia is an inland state), the taste deeply impressed me. This dish is very peppery hot and spicy, however, it maintains the freshness of the seafood at the same time. The Salty Chinese Cabbage have good value because of its inexpensive price and quality. Something that really impressed us is that we can find various Chinese dishes which come from different parts of China. You can find both traditional and non-traditional Chinese dishes here. It means you can try many different Chinese food almost every time that you come here. By the way, the food here is very inexpensive. For every dish, you only need pay approximate10 dollar.

Everyday when I pass by the we can see many people waiting in the line for having food there. There are seniors, students, couples, a group of friends. The clientele here is diverse. Although that means you usually need wait for a long time to have a dinner in HongKong Noodle, it also demonstrate the food here is amazing and popular.

I think your description of the Mongolian Seafood is funny. I wonder why they call it that if there isn't any seafood in Mongolia!? I'm going to go and try the Cabbage sometime. Nice review!
